Pebble Studio London

The blog on Japan, its people and culture, has been a popular item of Pebble Studio London's production. Under the url of japan-culture-tourist and called Japanease, this is a very personal view of life in Japan told with East London style humour. The whole idea of being at ease in Japan, being Japanease, is celebrated through these pages. During 2012, the intention is to transfer a lot of this work to the PSL site and escape the confines of Google.

Running Dead by Jama251 is a short film exploring the issue of individuality within Japanese society. A young girl listens on her headphones to the music she identifies with. As she stands in a subway station the commuters and travellers all rush past her whilst she tries to escape conformity. In the end she finds that only death will provide the escape she desires.
